The Opportunity

You will be working as an Agile Coach to facilitate and coach 1 or more teams building world class products used by millions of users worldwide. You will serve as a connection point between engineering, products and client success teams while championing Agile methodology across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
  • Lead the engineering teams in self-organization
  • Help the engineering teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework
  • Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
  • Coach the engineering team and product owners in their roles to help them excel in adopting Agile methodology
  • Promote continuous improvement and learning within yourself, individuals, teams and across the business
  • Facilitate Product Owner(s) in building Product Roadmap and Agile Inception decks.

Qualifications
  • 3-4 Years of experience working as a Scrum Master or an Agile Coach
  • Certified Scrum Master with keen interest in Agile and Lean practices
  • A high level of emotional intelligence with ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
  • Ability to determine what is Agile and what is not
  • Have a systems thinking approach to drive transformation across organization.
  • Strong communication, collaboration and facilitation skills
  • Ability to engage, influence and inspire others to adopt the agile mindset
